Hanksugi 22.5 Inch Aluminum Wheel production line are equipped with 50 sets of YB32-315~1600 ton hydraulic press,
and 160 sets of punch presses ranging from 100 tons to 1000 tons. Output capacity per day is more than 26,000 pieces.
The disc truing process uses advanced CNC vertical lathes with added Japanese FANUC control systems. All our disc specifications are superior to the national standard, resulting in our products being approved and praised by plenty of US and European customers.
